Congratulations to Ms Melanie Freeman and Dr Max Sully who have been awarded another grant ($50,000), this time from the Directorate of the Australian Defence Force Cadets. The Australian Defence Force Cadets (ADFC) wishes to develop a training package to develop conflict resolution skills in its senior Cadet officers.  The aim of this training package is to develop conflict resolution skills in 16-19 year olds who are members of Australian Navy Cadets (ANC), Australian Army Cadets (AAC) and Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC).  The training package will be delivered as part of the leadership training courses these adolescents complete as part of their promotion training.
