Tackling some of the challenges of being a single mother with teenagers?

Discover useful strategies to help you and your teen to explore how strong family relationships can be maintained and problems tackled with confidence.

Eligible families can choose to participate in either a learn-at-home program, or in a fun and friendly group environment with other mums and teens. It’s your choice!

For 7 weeks, participants in both programs will be introduced to a range of techniques and information designed to assist families to reduce parent/teen conflict; improve communication; and strengthen family relationships following separation or divorce.

Come join other mums and teens in learning how to manage family change effectively.
