Dr Graeme Ditchburn

RESEARCH:
My research interests are focused on the individual at work and include personality and dynamic performance, performance measurement, expatriate adjustment, organisational commitment, and organisational culture and values.

ACTIVITIES:
Prior to joining Murdoch University I oversaw research on employee attitudes, behaviour and organisational culture on behalf of Towers Perrin-ISR (Europe).  Examples of research initiatives include:

  • Employee engagement and performance, work-life balance and well-being
  • Expatriate adjustment and cultural congruency
  • Employer brand and organisational culture
  • Cultural alignment and strategic success
  • Ethical organisational cultures
  • Diversity and employee engagement

From 2001 I was also an associate lecturer in occupational and organisational psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London.
Chartered Occupational Psychologist; full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, British Psychological Society.
