RESEARCH:
My main interests are in the categorization process in social psychology and the processes of stereotype formation and change. I am also heavily involved in research on group-based emotions including collective guilt and on public opinion and collective action.

ACTIVITIES:
My main research focus involves my ARC Discovery Project Bolstering commitment to positive social change through group-based interaction. I am also Director of the Centre for Social and Community Research which brings together researchers interested in social change and social equity across Murdoch University.
