RESEARCH:
My research interests include work values; organisational change;
conflict management; work/life balance.
ACTIVITIES:
Past activities have included research done on work values and meaning,
program research evaluation and organisational change. As a consultant
he has worked with a range of organisations in the fields of management
development and organisational change management.
TEACHING:
Psychology of Work & Org.; Conflict Negotiation; B.Psych. Seminar;
Postgraduate Applied Psych (units in occupational and organisational psychology
and practical placements).
