Test Library HomePsychology Test LibraryMurdoch University’s School of Psychology provides students with access to a wide ranger of resources for use in clinical and organizational practice. The Psychology Test Library contains a wide range of psychometric test material covering areas of behaviour, personality, clinical psychology, vocational psychology, abilities and intelligence which are available to Murdoch Psychology students for borrowing under the supervision of an academic staff member. An Inter-University Reciprocal Loans System is also place. Staff and Students studying at a Masters Applied Psychology level from other Perth Universities may also borrow items from the test library under the supervision of an academic staff member from their campus. This loan system operates with the understanding that each University will equip their student with test protocols while the Test Manual Set may be borrowed from the library. Test Sets may be borrowed for 1 week. Under circumstances where the library only hold one copy of a popular test, the test may not be available for borrowing, however, can be used in the Psychology Clinic. To download a borrowing form, click on the “Forms” link above. Most loans will be covered under the title “Loans for Complete Test Sets”. For Murdoch students borrowing protocols only, use the “Use of Protocols” form and for special research arrangements long-term borrowing can be arranged under the form title “Long Term Loans for Complete Test Sets”. The Murdoch Psychology Clinic also holds a comprehensive collection of resources available to Masters of Applied Psychology Students (Clinical). These materials include resource books, treatment manuals, resource folders, annotated bibliographies, tapes, videos and reference material. our interest to foster relationships within that community of professionals
and students. Murdoch University hopes to build strong relationships with other
Schools of Psychology from University of Western Australia, Curtin University
and Edith Cowan University in an effort to share useful resources to the study

----------------------------------------------------------------- NEW Opening Hours (Uni Break) Monday: 8.30am - 12.30pm Our last day for 2009 is on 21st December and will reopen on 4th January 2010. These are the hours the test library is generally open, but if you are off campus please call first to confirm someone is available. Emergencies occasionally occur which prevent the library from opening. In this situation a message will be left on the phone indicating the time the library will reopen. Please note that after hours requests will be attended to on the next library working day. If you are a student from Murdoch requesting tests, kindly include the course you are enrolled in for quick verification. |
